I found Riaz, Pallavi, and Satish provided excellent hospitality. Their warm attitude. They ensured every detail was perfect. I appreciate their care and professionalism.
The gym equipment felt a little dated. I saw some wear on the treadmills.

The hotel location is very close to a metro station. This station has both green and red lines. I liked the staff too, they were nice. The hotel provided very good value.
The wifi was very slow. It made work difficult.

the hotel location is convenient with easy access to nearby shopping centers. the breakfast was a good start to each day (especially the fresh pastries!). the staff, notably ruhi at the reception, gave excellent and professional service. i found the hotel clean and cute.
the internet connection was occasionally slow, impacting my ability to stream videos.

Acceptable stay, but some issues
small tvbroken sockets
The room was not as clean as I expected! I found a few hairs in the bathroom. the TV was quite small and the reception was bad. I really couldn't watch much of anything. Some of the power sockets were broken. This was very frustrating.
